2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. SAHP is home and safe place for many of the officers in this city including me. When i started flying into the city, SAHP was my very first org that i joined as a police officer
SAHP is a place with a friendly and hard working enviroment with talented officers with eargerness to improve and better them selves and i would like to keep that going forward in my term. I am confidently i can complete 2 terms with a strong team that i will have along side me.
2. I've led SAHP on time and achieved new great hights and ecomplishments. During my time as Sheriff i've learnt so many lessons which will be stepping stones to greatness in my second time as Sheriff. I will make sure i bring the greatness and former fearless SAHP back in my term.
3. Im going to spend all my time in making this organization the best feared and respected organization in this city. I am going to make sure there is alot of activity in this organization and high number ofpolice officers at all time. I will make it my priority to make sure that all my officers is well trained and know what to do in each sitaution.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
> increase of patrolling within the highways and responding to any calls for help. The Highways can be a very dangerous place and it needs patrolling all the time need by using as much RP as possible.
> Stop crime on the highways and improving response time of officers and backup.
> SAHP needs a well maintained relationship other organizations and needs to work together.
> To improve rp in this organization is to keep IC things IC and OOC things OOC and avoid mixing.
Departments:
Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT): This department will be specialised and exprienced units that will attend events like ghetto patrols, globals and raids.
Internal Affairs(IA): This department is incharge of making sure all officers has licenses, and no illegal items on them.
Human Resources(HR): This department will make sure that all officers is trained well and hiring officers.
Public Relations(PR): This department will host globals and events for our citizens in our city to have fun and enjoy their time.
Highway Department(HW): This department will train officers the protocols which will be conducted on the highway and train our officers to drive high speed cars.
Goals For The Organization:
> Max numbers of SAHP officers at events.
> Max activity patrolling the highways.
> Make sure all the officers is well trained.
> Make sure all SAHP is happy and have a good time!

. In previous terms, high command roles were limited to overseeing just two departments up to the Deputy level. In that sense, I wanted to ask: how many departments would you allow a non-HC and an HC to manage?
