Rejected Biased Admin I Pina Reapers

My application was good and I did not use chat GPT or any other things like this, I have good punishment due to the fact of me being a ex leader and have not been punished in over 4 months I spent a lot of effort into this and think I was not selected due to pina being biased due so what was the reason for me not to be picked?
