I would like to see their pov as in my eyes i got shot by them from outisde and got shot by some more officers but not able to get their id as u can see the shots coming from outisde the circle maybe thats only in my eyes but just to clarify i would like to see pov

If I review the video I see ID 284026 shooting from outside the circle.
ID 261589 is not seen shooting or engaging with people inside the circle.

Therefore the situation seems clear to me and punishment will be as follows:
ID 284026 will be punished for Event rule 1.11​
