2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
i) I was in NG in the previous term under Velix Verlice and I liked the working and environment very much and also I have been High Command in all the LEO's organizations so I know the role of a responsible high command.
ii) When I joined NG I felt that FZ is my own home so I would ensure to prevents raids in FZ as much as possible. Also I will try do reduce gang activities so that the citizens of the city can feel safe and secure.
iv) I also want my 1st leader experience after like spending almost 1 year in the city. I would make sure the organization doesn't gets dead and i will keep active by providing high bonuses to the soldiers and also arranging some fun events for the soldiers so that the soliders could feel refreshed
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. Maintain a great and smooth RP Experience with other organizations
2. Hire more soldiers and given them the best training so that they can do their best while on duty
3. Regular Candy runs for other organizations so that they don't go low on ammo
4. Attend all events and protect FZ from gang raids and gangs
5. Making sure my high commands and staff are working well in my absence
Departments under my term
A. Human resource - They will recruit new individuals, take their interview, give them the best training so that they can do their best on duty
B. Military Police - They will do BGC Checks, License checks, Activity checks and try to find corruption(if any) between the soldiers.
C. AirForce - They will do air pa and provide air assistance in the evets like gang raid, bm raid, store robbery, etc
D. Counter Terrorism Force - They will counter terrorsism in the city and protect the city from Terrorism and they will provide land assistance during FZ Raid and protect in case of FZ Raid and Assist other ORG's in Event or any 10-10 Situation.
