2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1. I was in NG for four terms under Jack Verlice, Mayur Brew, Daisy Sans and FNC Jit and I was High Command in 2 terms, so I know the working, system and the atmosphere of NG and also I have been High Command in all LEO's and I spent most of my time in LEO's only and in LEO's I spent most of my time in NG, so I know how to run NG smoothly and efficiently.
2.2. Since I have experience in all LEO's, I know how to co operate and work together so we LEO's together can make Los Santos Crime free and also being leader of my first ever organization is whole another level feeling, I will also make sure that my soldiers or units do not suffer from anything, I will regularly check on them and also I will give high bonus so that they can also get some money by serving the city.
2.3. Whenever I cross nearby FZ. I feel like it is my home and I will do my best to protect by home and I will also make sure that my High Commands are working well in my absence and I would also make sure my deputies are regularly checking on that gates, so that the gates doesn't go empty.
2.4. Due to my vast experience in LEO's and being High Command in every LEO except FIB, I know the working system and the environment and I have the values of being strong to my point and being determined and I am not scared of any gangs of something like that.
2.5. I have 0 favoritism policy, so I will make High Command only those people who are active, capable and are working hard for the ORG. I would make sure my High Commands are working well and efficiently when I am not IC and if he/she doesn't works straight demotion from my side no excuses at all and if they are working hard regular promotions for them.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1. Co Operate and work efficiently with the other Legal ORG's
3.2. I promise I will give the Highest Bonus in the history of NG
3.3. Arranging special events for the citizens through state waves so that they can enjoy a great RP experience
3.4. Making only the responsible people High Commands and those who are working hard for the Organization
3.5. Attend all events and protect FZ from all gang raids as much as possible.
Departments under my term -
A. Human Resource : They will recruit new individuals, take their interview, make their logs and give them the best training so that the new people could work their best and protect FZ and the beautiful city of Los Santos.
B. Military Police - They will do bodycam checks, BGC checks, activity checks, license checks, and also they will try to reduce corruption in the military so that the organization works perfectly.
C. Air Force - They will do sky patrolling around FZ on a daily basis or before the prime time of FZ Raid and provide Air training to new individuals if they wanna join AF. They will also provide air assistance in any event like gang raid, BM Raid, etc.
D. Black Cat Force - They will protect Los Santos From Terrorists, provide ground assistance to the soldiers in case of FZ Raid and attend all events like ACC, Aircraft, Store robbery, etc. It would consist of only those people who can actually aim and shoot and HOD/Curator of this department will choose what the force would be like and there would be special names to soldiers who would join this force.
