2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

- Emergency Medical Services is the easy and very profitable org. so most of the beginner joined for first time like me, my journey is began from gangs but after sometime my friend and other advice me to join the best org in state i worked hard and get a high command rank and i see everything what i can improve and my jorney starts from a Trainee to High command specialy from Labtech, I see thats the best part of the org.As High commands in 3 terms i participate in lot of State Inspection and i like the rolepaly of EMS (Emergency Medical Services) and thats why i would like to be a leader of this organization.



3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3.1 Organization Employee:

I will make polite and hard working behaviour in employee and as chief i will take care of every employee and high command to we polite and exprienced when following any Rp and improve the enviroment of the organization.

3.2 Traning and Recruitment:
I will try to make tranning and recruitment system more flexible and i will try to recruite mulitple timzone employee so we are always ready to provide service. I will make sure quality full FTO and i personly check all the progress to make a perfect enviroment.

3.3 Medicine Progress:
I am High Command From Labtech background and i know everything regarding Labtech. It was most important for run the Hospital Services. So, I will make sure evrything regarding Medicine Production and Delivery.

3.4 Employee Responsibility:
In My Term i will make sure each an every employee Compliance with the rules of the city rules or not and i am not accept any provocative and conflict situations between the members of Organization. And each an every employees should be consistance for maintain their beloved rank.

3.5 Bonus System:
I would like to make some changes regarding the bonus system of EMS. I would like to Increase Bonus for Hospital Services ( HS ), Ground Service ( GS ), ARO , Labtech And FTO . Mainly i increase mostly for Hospital Service cause thats the main Department and also Ground service is not much active since last term i will ensure in my term ground service and Air Rescue service do their best for save citizen. I will increase Additional Bonus for Night shift and also Morning shift employees. And i also changes bonuses for high command, speacialy for night shift and morning shift high command.

3.6 Organization Contract:
I will make sure each an every high command will take interview and give training . I will introduce a new Ems Charter for each an every citizen. In hiring process evryone need to filled the Contract of The organization.In my contract there should be policy if anyone leave org. in 5 days they need to pay fine for the resources for their employment and if they leave with prime they will be blacklisted.

3.7 Leader Responsibility:
As a Leader Of the organization i need to Compliance with the rules of the server, Listen to and comply with the requirements of the curators. I need to maintain a minimum daily online time of 2+ hours in city. I need to maintain State Inspection ( LSPD, SAHP , FIB , GOV , NG ) twice in a week. I need to maintain atleast 2 globle event in my term and i will Promote Emergency Service among to the citizen.

3.8 Promotion:
Only the exprienced and hard working employee will get promotion in my term.
