Event: Governor's Motorcade Ambush

Organizer: Government - Governor Emily Redz and Deputy Governor Tony Colso
Scenario:
Governor Emily Redz and Deputy Governor Tony Colso are scheduled to make a high-profile visit to the city, attending a public event and participating in a motorcade procession through downtown. However, intelligence reports suggest a credible threat of an assassination attempt targeting Governor Redz during the motorcade, echoing historical events. Law enforcement agencies are on high alert, preparing extensive security measures to safeguard the Governor and Deputy Governor. As the motorcade proceeds through the city streets, chaos erupts as the assassination plot unfolds, plunging the city into turmoil.
Objective:
Law Enforcement Officers: Ensure the safety of Governor Redz, Deputy Governor Colso, and motorcade participants. Neutralize any threats, apprehend the perpetrators of the assassination plot, and restore order to the city.
Gangs: Disrupt law enforcement efforts, create diversions, and ambush the motorcade to extract valuable assets or kill all LEOs.
Location:
Grapeseed at Senora Freeway - A remote and desolate stretch of highway surrounded by farmland and sparse vegetation, providing ample opportunities for ambush and cover.
Resources Needed:
Firearms and tactical gear for law enforcement officers.
Cars for the motorcade.
Dune buggies for the gangs.
Admin Requirements:
Coordinate the setup and execution of the event, including NPC interactions and scripted scenarios.
Ensure a seamless transition to the motorcade location and provide necessary props and assets.
Oversee the event to maintain fairness and adherence to rules.
Intervene as necessary to resolve disputes or address technical issues.
Winning Conditions:
Law Enforcement Victory (Primary): Safely evacuate the Governor (Emily Redz) to the plane at Sandy Airport.
Law Enforcement Victory (Secondary): If the Governor is safely evacuated, any law enforcement alive will be rewarded an additional 10,000 dollars per officer alive.
Gang Victory (Primary): Successfully finish the hit on the unconscious governor and escape to humane labs alive.
Gangs Victory (Secondary): If successful, all gang members that have escaped to humane labs will receive 10,000 per gang member.
Each team comprises 15-20 members. (Adjust as needed)
Prize Pool:
$100k for each winner + 10k per surviving member. (Adjust as needed)
Example Prize Pool: LEO wins 100k to each person alive + additional 10k per to each surviving LEO. If 11 LEO’s survive each person will get 100k + 110k = 210k per winner.
