Today I got permanently blocked as it shows this reason: Blacklist #100

No idea what I have done wrong but I'm 100% sure whatever happened was unintentional.
Hopefully you will let us know the reason for this so we can solve this problem soon.
I'm down to provide any necessary proofs.
