Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.

ID 146391 Will Recieve a punishment for ( GR 6.15 )
(When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone, within 5 seconds you can shoot them.)

However thread owner ID 138589 will also recieve a punishment for Bug Abuse
(You are not allowed to use M menu to avoid calling an ambulance while unconscious to use the RP/Non-Chat and Free-Cam.)​
