2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
-From day one in the city i had one objectif is to take ladership and from the day i was learning and gaining experience and working hard . i have a lot of experience in all legal and illegal orgs . i learned a lot of things in those experiences about leadership and how to emprove my leadersip skills . and about this specific org which is los santos vagos its because of the name and the reputation and the place
-Second : domination of the ghetto. as all the city knows that los santos vagos dominate al the beach ghetto and has the power to dominate the other parts of the ghetto
-Third : activities . they are a lot of events thats we can do and its gonna give the gang the power and the ability to continue making history and proove ourself in the events
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
-To improve the roleplay in the org i am gonna be doing a lot of events
-I'll be doing a strict interview to any membre and that gonna show me if he is gonna avoid rulebrakes and whats rank he deserving
-Stoping any toxicity in spread some respect in the organisation
-Give good bonuses and rank up to encourage the members of the organisation
-treat the members equaly aand baased on there effort and how the help the gang
