#With out any interaction just cuff (Don't ask for passport when there is 3 people).
#in office lobby cuffed me (green zone).
#not using uniform when he cuff me (also not using balaclava).
#even he don't gave me any time for move from there and that time am using my phone and I goes to sleep and he cuff me. even that time I can't talk for hard cuff.
