yesterday i got a ban for 60 reason GR 1.7 , and i did nothing because i dont have 1m also in my account how can i do and i did not transfer any item to anyone ,please recheck and reinvestigate again

if i do anything by mistake please give me a chance and forgive me , i know all the rules because im working with your team without knowing basic rules how can i work with you guys so please consider this as by mistake and please please forgive me
