This appeal is for Chief Admin Bobby

Dear Bobby,
Hope you are doing well. So basically I was banned for ER 1.7 ( Approved - Please Close the Forum. ). The punishment I got its really unfair to me. Let me clarify and elaborate. First of all you can see the guy who requested pov from me he did it almost at the end of 48 hours of that event situation. I will be providing the complain owners pov below
Now let me tell about myself I work for FIB organization and most of the time I stay on duty and stay in lot of situations that happen in city. So I need to save my bodycam of every situation that happens. And So in 48 hours in my storage I have lot of bodycams of those situations which video length is 20 mins each and its recorded with 1080p resolution which means 7-8GB each file size . Also besides working in FIB, I take part in family events like Informal most of the time and keep pov of the event. So overall having these all povs it consumes my lot of storage. But I maintain the rules sometimes even I keep pov more than 48 hours of the event and so that I hadnt enough storage on my hard disk I needed to delete it at a time.
And if I talk about my pov request history you can check my history you will see that I was requested pov only 2 times It was really a long time ago and this time. So I didnt care about that much about pov request cause I know myself I am not so even good shooter but I play fairly. So before 6-8 hours of completing 48 hours I deleted my all povs that wasnt needed and was too much old pov and at the same time I deleted that informal pov too which was requested. And unfortunately I got pov request before 2-3 hours of completing 48h of that event situation. As I didnt have the pov so I talked with the complaint owner and his name is Karma Verlice and we both work in FIB org and knew each other. So I talked with him in discord about the whole thing and requested him to close the forum and he did it.

But Instead of closing the forum Velix punished me for ER 1.7. And I think its unfair, Let me show a forum thread and the link is given below
In these forum you can see that Shabah Verlice did pov request of a player and the player was required full pov of the event but after sometime Shabah requested to close the forum and admin did it.

Same case between us. Karma request Velix to close it but I got punished for it. And it really seems too much unfair to me. The complain owner have right to close his complain and when he is requesting admin should close the forum and matter there instead of taking action.
So I request you Bobby to look into this matter and I also confess that I should have the pov for exact 48h but I couldnt do it due to lack of storage. But I assure you I will be keeping my single pov from this time for exact 48h of every event.
In this forum you see my friend Ezio once got banned for same reason additionally gen 4.1 but still you gave him a chance cause it was his first time. And its also my first time I got banned for ER 1.7. So I request and want you to give me last chance and lift my punishment same as you did to him.
