. First one, the cop RP is kind of dead, and as a leader I want to bring RP in the Organization. Where people will do proper RP and have fun in the orgs and reduce the crime in city.

Second one, Right now I have a lot of time experience of High commands in all legal organisations so I'm ready to take a leadership and make lspd best who arrest lot of criminals and decrease crime my main mot to take leaders and make Los Santos as a peaceful country for doing it successful I need a good team so I'm hiring those people who know the rule of server as not giving them directly high command giving them low rank if their work is good then we will increase their rank by their work

Third one, Right now Los Santos Police Department is not active much so crime is going lot of amount upside and then legal orgs are getting down I want to change it I want to do it legal org is arresting every criminal and making peaceful day of civilians as the chief of police my work is to save civilian and I will do Properly

• My advice on improving role-play of Los Santos Police Department is by:-
• doing more activity checks
• Organising more Role-play events
• Talking one to one and listen to problems and trying to fix it
• Will increase bonuses as it will motivate the officers working in LSPD
• we will increase rp with the public and make the city menace free
• will listen to curators and will try to propose my ideas as well
• Not giving directly anyone high command rank will decided by their work
