2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

Reason 1): Ive always been a gangster and ive seen alot terrorism in the streets of los santos. Ive been deputy in gangs serveral times and i thought i could handle the gang and lead it. I truly belive that i could be one of the best Leaders on los santos. If i would get a chance to be one.

Reason2): Becouse I'm very active, and i will make sure to do all the weekly tasks, not get warnings for the Gang and make sure no one is toxic in the gang and I will make sure all my members get to know the rules and be atleast 5 years in the city.

Reason 3): I will hire good deputys who will make sure to handle things when im not there. I will also create a turf team with good shooters and make sure that they dont break rules becouse turfing gets the most warnings. We will do alot of activites and be the most feared Gang on the city. We will attend as much events as we can and make sure to win most of them,

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

I will help new players by guiding them.
I will make sure to keep rule breaks to a minimum so gang members can fight with other gang members without the fear of being involved in a mass rule break.
I will Have deputys from diffrent time-zones to have activity the whole 24h.
I will make sure that my members deliver a good rp and dont be toxic.
I will pay bonuses to everyone who attented events.
I will make sure that the warhouse is always filled up with ammo,armor and guns.
I will make sure to get alot of graffitis profits everyday.
I will complete all the weekly events without hesitation.
