Life Story:
Rao has been born in India, Delhi. he has been gorwn up well in his family. he got everything he wanted as he was from a rich family. Being from a rich family he has a family which was handled by his father and his wanted Rao to join it but Rao has different intentions. he wanted to join SAHP and serve as a Trooper from childhood.
Rao got too fascinated after watching SAHP doing special operation on news and moives. And from that day he decided to join SAHP when he grew up. he cought to his father for flying to US and join SAHP. after many attempts his application got accepted and he join SAHP as a Cadet.slowly he learned everything about SAHP and got High rank upto Undersheriff in SAHP.
Rao spent many year serving SAHP but there was nothing left to do in SAHP now. And he lost his intrest in protecting the city and got intrested in gangs. His friend who was SAHP veteran is now in gang so he asked him to help in joining gangs. When Rao join gang a new phase of his life started. He loved being in gang enjoyed how people begged to him for their life and robbing them. At last he became the Most dangerous Criminal of ghetto
Career Story:
Rao wanted to join SAHPwhen he was only 9 year. he waited to grew up and joined NG when he was 18 due to his extra ordinary skills and intelligence. He was recruited and trained as a private. He climed thorugh rank and reached a rank of Undersheriff( 2nd highest command in SAHP). He was also a member of all of the departments like HWP, IA, HR, SRT. He loved bieng Trooper and leading in many events. He was the most loved Trooper of the SAHP, very polite and humble. Till date he worked under 5 Sheriff of SAHP. And in this time being he saw many thing and learned new things also. When rao thinks that SAHP is doing great he usually resign and join other orgs to help them.
Outcomes:
1. Can let suspects go free if they're in his family and help them in escaping
2. Can take bribes (Up to 100k) [ Cannot take bribe to become hostage]
3. Will use any gun, illegal or legal, on duty or off duty (No org weapons off duty)
4. Will have illegal or legal guns in his trunk that is bought from black market or found on ground
5. Will buy and sell illegal weapons (in black market) in order to help his family and work (No org weapons)
6. Can have any tattoos illegal or legal
7. Can lie about requesting a lawyer or deny one
