I was banned by Roberto Fire on 29.04.2023 for further investigation. But I'm uncertain about the cause. If I've committed an offense, I would appreciate clarification so I can avoid such actions in the future. The only incident I can recall is interacting with someone with the ID 206472 who sold me Prime Platinum and Grand tickets. However I legitimately bought these tickets from another Player. As far as I know, I have no involvement in any illegal activities. The individual who sold me the tickets approached me at the beach market.
I would never knowingly risk my playtime or exploit game bugs to gain an advantage. I'm aware that there are procedures in place for you to ensure that I didn't actively and consciously put myself in such a situation.
If I've made a mistake - unconsciously - then I sincerely apologize and will certainly be more cautious in the future.
I'm eager to receive your response and sincerely thank you for taking the time to review my request. If it's determined that there has been a misunderstanding, I kindly ask for the ban to be lifted.
