I do not see any reason to punish 331725. Yes he is shooting your friend, but I cannot see if there was RDM at that time. Your friend can make a complaint. You defend your friend, that I rule as okay in this case, he drives off and comes back right after to try and finish the first situation. I cannot just that as RDM as the situation was already ongoing before you arrived. However, I will punish you for CR as you run into the person with your car (accident) and then drive back into him again.
