Hello dear curator of the project,
I'm having trouble understanding what constituted bug abuse. I purchased tickets in the store for 5k, which a shop owner explained to me could be set to -50%. So, I bought some and tested them out, realizing I was lucky, and then bought more. When the message came that this is a bug it was too late and I experienced a game crash (I didn't continue gambling). However, I heard from my friends that something was written about this, but I didn't think much of it. Upon logging in, I see a ban? I would kindly ask for your understanding and give me another chance. I won't open any more lottery tickets.
