1. Leader of National Guard



2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organisation?



I would like to be a leader of the National Guard as I have been serving the city for a very long time. I have spent many hours learning from some of the best leaders I believe, since Harvey Specters term. I want to be General as I believe I have gathered enough experience and have the passion and the drive to make the National Guard better than it is. I have implemented changes in the previous term of Samantha Parker, where I have acted as Lt General. I am ready to go that extra step forward, and to increase the roleplay experience of soldiers in the NG. I have also acted as HOD of HR, HOD of MP and It is safe to say I have good knowledge of all aspects of NG, and I am the right fit. I have given hundreds of hours to the NG organisation and have primarily been in NG due to my undisputable love and respect to the organisation and those who have served with me over the months!



The second reason I want to become the general, is due to the fact I have not been seeing cooperation and respect towards NG from other orgs. It is time NG step up and show that we are a crucial organisation that other LEOs must work together with to ensure we keep our city safe. There is no room for looking down on NG, we are all equals within the LEO departments, we are a team it is time we start acting like it!!!


How I will do this, and improve NG image:

  • I will host weekly trainings between LEOs special departments in the National Guard arena
  • Ammo runs will keep moving at a rapid steady pace
  • Increase the number of units in the org via implementing a strong HR team
  • I will ensure each soldier is properly trained and a strong advocate for the organisation especially when attending events

We will have the same 4 departments



Human Resources - For recruiting and training purposes



Special Air and Sea Division - Will do all combat based operations, attend all globals and events



Air Force - For scouting missions, transport etc



Military Police - For making sure internal rules and regulations are followed properly.

However with a twist, I would like to implement the Night Watch department for the US based units who do not get to experience much action, they will conduct city patrols, trainings and attend globals throughout the night time to ensure the city is safe!

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organisation.



I will ensure that the Human Resources team works closely with the Military Police team to ensure that the new soldiers that are accepted into the organisation are properly and carefully aware of their responsibilities as well as the rules they must know in order to roleplay properly.

As mentioned above Im adding a new department which the test run has been a massive success in Mrs Samantha Parkers term called the night watch, where units attend subs event, go to DOC to man it and help Government, we will introduce city patrols for this department and have a high command who is available at those time zones to manage it.

The High commands will be carefully instructed to be respectful to their lower rank colleagues, ensure that the high commands are well seasoned and experienced to ensure they can man the base when need be, and help those who are lower rank or new to make sure they are working properly.

Another Idea to really improve RolePlay is using our amazing bunker in the NG base! It is massive and filled with questioning rooms. For example FIB HC can ask me and NG high commands, to give them access they then can take gang members and question them to find maybe the next raid and if they co operate their sentence can be reduced or maybe they can even be let go if the information is important and valid.

The bonus system will be seriously re-worked to make sure people stay in the organisation and that our units are well taken care of given they have put in the effort. Each department will have a set bonus system, depending on the labour required for respective departments. I will be talking to the Governor closely to make sure that NG is fairly compensated as other LEO organisations have sources of income, whereas NG is always just barely getting by. We need more money than the standard we have been getting, as our bonuses exceed the amount we receive by almost two times.

I have roughly 13 terms of experience under my belt, I started from Private 1 and never asked for more than I deserved. I plan to push this to our privates as well, working for the ranks makes it all that more satisfying.

Despite my friendship or relationship with people during my high command terms, I have treated everyone the same, I have fought against favouritism. Nobody has entered the National Guard and received a rank they did not deserve. I will instruct the HR high command team I will put in place to punish those who have been caught sharing interview documents and such! The military police will work closely on this matter with the HR team.


I will prepare the promotion list every week myself and the hours the units must be active will be clear to them, so the only person to blame will be themselves, which have been the case during my HR leadership as well as my time as Lt General. Everyone will receive promotion based on their logged hours on their professional logs which will be better than they have ever been.




If there are some changes that are perhaps not mentioned or ones you would not like added, I am available at all times to discuss the changes!

I think Sadi should not be the leader. Samantha Paker manages better.
