I was rammed off the track in the very beginning of the race. If you think it could be accidental, I would request that his POV is requested also since it will show deliberate ramming or not but judging by his previous behaviour in races (he did the same to me 2 days ago and my friend yesterday) and how hard I was hit, I would wager it was deliberate.

That is incorrect. If that guy had appealed that admin's decision, they'd have been accepted. There's plenty of CR reports for Family Turfs that have been accepted. I have confirmed with Tyrell Johnson too. You are not allowed to CR in turfs.
