2. Why do u want to become the leader of specific organisation? ( Explain with 3 reason)​

→ I want to become the leader of Ballas Gang because I have good experience in gang as high command in all gang in city. I have enough experience to handle the gang as a leader I know everything in which manner gang work and I know all events so there is no difficultly to me. I am under deputy in ballas gang 2 terms.

→Since I have been long in city of los santos and I have joined both legal and illegal organisation and gained both exp as a gangster and police but I want to take gang leader because I have spent alot of month as compared to leo and I have alot of knowledge about gang stuff , event etc . If I get the leadership then my friends, family member specially my friend come from en1 to help me in my term and become crime side active by doing alot events like hostage situation, FZ RAID , bs ,subs ,CLANDS ,store/gun robbery and many more etc. my main main to do alot of different events everyday.

→ As a leader I will personally communicate each member in the org about the bonus system and asking their suggestion in the org. I will ensure that all weekly requirement will be done with me or without any warning. I give deputy to different time zone guys so that we can attend each and every event specially late night event. Our main focus is active in events and as well as good in turf to get 100% turf in my term

3. How u will improve roleplay in the organisation ​

• Hiring newcomers in the org so that they can know about gang stuff and gained experience , enjoy rp by participate in different events ​
• Introduce huge bonus system in the org.
• Introduce strike system in the org.
• Complete all weekly requirement without any gang impact
• Do alot of events everyday like store 2-3 , hs , FZ and many more etc..
• There will be no toxicity in the organisation
• AVoid favouritism for high command rank by taking their interview and seeing past experience.​
