The Ballas, a notorious gang in Los Santos. Previously led by Kane and his cunning right-hand man Big Smoke, who infiltrated the Families gang as a mole, the Ballas were known for their man power and their mastermind plans. To prove their dominance in the city they captured Grove Street, the former headquarters of the Families, and shifted their base from East Glen to Grove Street.

Under the leadership of Ivan Hopper, the Ballas have reached its maximum heights. Hopper's strategic mind has enabled the gang to control the ghetto and expand their influence significantly. The Ballas are heavily involved in various criminal enterprises, including drug trafficking and manufacturing, security and protection rackets, prostitution, arms trafficking, and human trafficking. This diversification has not only made them the wealthiest gang in Los Santos but also the most powerful, solidifying their reign over the city's underworld.

Betrayal

On May 31, 2024, Ivan was eagerly awaiting his biggest arms order, accompanied by his right-hand person, Harry Nomercyknight. However, in a shocking turn of events, Harry betrayed Ivan to clear her own criminal record, handing him over to law enforcement officers. Consequently, Ivan was sentenced to be hanged to death. This event left his gang members devastated and disorganized, thinking it was the end of their operations. But thanks to the efforts of Vik Federal and Amedow Hurmaci, Ivan managed to escape his sentence. This experience fueled his desire for revenge against the law enforcement officials responsible for his near execution.


Revenge on the Government

Ivan and his deputies, Amedow and Vik, had gone underground in fear of getting arrested as they were wanted men. Ivan knew that it was not possible to take over the government with just the manpower of the Ballas gang. Therefore, he decided to meet with Usama Volkov, the leader of the Vagos, which was the second most powerful gang after the Ballas. Ivan was confident that if they combined forces, the government would be at their mercy.

Attack
Ivan Hopper with Los Santos Vagos started arranging the necessary stuff to ensure victory:
1. They ordered many Fake ids, bag for head, handcuffs, and Drill Machines from the darknet.
2. They reinforced gang cars with Anti Radars. so that they cant be engine blocked.
3. They hired there best turfers and fulfilled their requirement .
4. They hired corrupt officers for internal info.
5. For hours and days, they watched the city hall from afar and gathered information.
6. they bought gun , ammo , drugs in bulk from the black market

Request
1. Approval for the attack.
2. Need assistance of Higher level admin to remove green zone.
3. An admin who constantly protects us from people trying to troll us.
4. Governor, Deputy Governor and must be at Capital including some Leo's.
5. Permission to make people get on knees, instead of only hands up.
