2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
First reason:
- The reason why I am passionate about applying for leadership to National Guard (NG) is because I have been a part of all legal organizations that has been given me all possible skills to lead an organization myself. Mainly the 3 important reasons why I am applying is, I'm committed and determined to always make the environment safer/easier for the community. This also grants me to make sure that my officers are always on their A game and knowing that NG will be on feet ready to go whenever a situation is a go.
Second reason:
- Throughout my time being in legal organizations, I have been consistently dedicated in overcoming difficult and easy problems, also striving in leadership skills and being HOD (Head of Department) in several organizations such as SAHP (HOD Of HUMAN REASOURCES (Also been Captain/Senior and Deputy of human resources) HOD Of SWAT, HOD Highway Patrol.) /GOV (Within GOV I have Been HOD Human Resources and Deputy of Human Resource.) These has given me a wealth of knowledge in effective organizational leadership that gives both personal growth and continuous learning.
- I want to become NG leader is because I want to build a safe environment for the community and not myself. This also comes with a lot of Roleplay sort of interactions to make my officers and citizens engaged with the situation. As a leader this aims towards being 100% professional, that helps newcomers and much more. From doing this, It builds a strong relationship between the officers/citizens and myself to make the organization stronger that it already was. At the end of the day its always about having fun but being professional and ALWAYS giving positive vibes and growing together as one!
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. Interactions between officers and citizens: This means talking and interactions more with the citizens that come through our gates.
2. Daily training: This means gathering Units from all forces such as SAHP/NG/FIB/GOV and LSPD to do basic trainings for their officers to gather new skills to put into situation that happen.
3. Random License checks: This means, Me or High Commands doing daily checks for Health Insurance, Gun Licenses and Driver's License. If they do not have any sort of legal Documentation, they will get Suspended until they do.
4. Random Bodycam/Officer/Trunk Searches: this means that any sort of HIGH COMMAND can do these checks to make sure my officers are always prepared for whatever happens.
5. Communication: This is the most important one in my opinion. Making sure all my officers communicate to one another to make sure nothing goes wrong, or no one gets the incorrect information and get the job wrong.
