Rowdy was born in a slum area in Los Santos. His family was so poor that they depended on illegal fishing on the beaches for food. Sometimes the police come to arrest the illegal fishermen. Unruly cops usually drop everything and run away. But once, Rowdy did not succeed in escaping and was caught by the police. He was brutally beaten and seriously injured. Unable to bear the brutality of the corrupt police, he left the city. His family stayed because they had no money to travel. They send Rowdy to another city with all their money. They constantly suffer from hunger and police brutality. Eventually, they couldn't take it anymore and died, but Rowdy didn't know. Rowdy recovers, joins the National Guard and completes his training. He became a soldier and gradually rose through the ranks. He returns home on vacation to find his family dead. Neighbors said his family died five months ago due to police brutality. Hearing this, the fire of revenge burned in his heart. Using his position in the army, he arrests the corrupt policeman and secures his punishment.
Career Story:
Rowdy joins the National Guard with the help of his friend, his friend is a high-ranking officer in National Guard. His friend gets him a good position and his friend gives him some money to move on but he gets involved in drugs with this money. Being involved in drugs, he slowly fell into a lot of debt. He doesn't understand how to repay so much debt. Now Rowdy finds himself in a precarious situation. One day while on duty, Rowdy was arresting a notorious robber in many districts. The robber senses Rowdy's desperation, so the robber offers Rowdy some money in exchange for his freedom. Rowdy had many debtors unable to find a way out and accepted bribes from the robbers with both money and weapons. He then released the criminal and sold the guns on the black market for a substantial profit.
This is where Rowdy's corruption begins. Realizing how easily he can get money through illegal means, he regularly engages in bribery and various acts of corruption. The money he earned from these endeavors not only helped him pay off his debts but also allowed him to live a more luxurious life. Now Rowdy has everything expensive cars, houses, Mansions,helicopters. He now has a collection of luxury cars. By this corruption, Rowdy has now become the richest man in his state. This is how Rowdy lives his luxurious life.
Outcomes:
1. Rowdy can take bribes (up to $100,000 and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe).
2. Rowdy can break IC law including: CCOP, Firearm Law, Penal Code, Procedure for Detention. (he must keep in mind the OOC consequences.)
3. Rowdy can try to search for a bodycam ( /try searches for bodycam x2 ) and can break it for his safety ( /do breaks bodycam )
4. Rowdy can can torture/interrogate for information ( Keeping in mind that he cannot kill 10-15 )
5. Rowdy can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification..
6. Rowdy can act like a criminal. For example, go for the ghetto clap, buy, sell, or use illegal stuff (no ORG weapons included).
7. Rowdy can arrest someone for fake charges IF he severely dislikes them or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons and nothing too severe).
8. Rowdy can use XXX guns and he can picked up any weapons from the ground. ( No org weapons )
