I didn't land my helicopter before they shot at me. Flying at low altitude does not count as UB driving. I can show you many helicopters flying at low altitude, and when they shot at me, I lost control of the helicopter how can i drive helicopter when i dead ?. Also, they fired at me without demanding. I will open a separate forum about this situation.
