2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation.)

These are 3 reasons why I want to be the leader of this specific organization. I am mindful and prudent and have experience as a leader. I know how legal organizations work and want to improve this organization and offer players medium-hard RP with my experienced workers. I can reduce the number of knowledgeable players and provide adequate and straight RP, which will affect my organization and the whole server



1) Problem-solving skills
Excellent leaders can solve problems and issues and see ways to develop and resolve those problems. The employers need a leader who has to solve their problems. Effective problem-solving skills help leaders identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to mitigate those issues.

2)Motivation Skills
Employers look for leaders who can motivate employees, managers, customers, and themselves. Whether that is motivating a team to complete a last-minute deadline or encouraging customers to sign up for a loyalty program, effective leaders can encourage others' feelings and make them feel better

3)Communication Skills
Whether answering customer questions about a new product, sending a follow-up email to staff, or presenting a yearly report to a board of directors, effective leaders know how to communicate accurately and competently with other people. Having good communication skills involves more than just written and oral communication; leaders also need to be able to listen effectively and resolve conflict between other people and themselves.

Your advice for improving the role-play level in the organization.

1. Do not be biased toward friends; whatever work you do is what you get credit for.
2. I will keep every employee in such a way that they think it's not an RP; it's their real life so they won't be lazy and perform well
3. I will give everyone equal opportunities so that they can be promoted easily and be happy

I will Focus On the Department

Highway Patrol Team (HWP):
They will be responsible for keeping city highways safe for the public by constantly patrolling, issuing fines to traffic offenders, towing vehicles parked in the wrong area, providing support to the SRT Team, and selling insurance to citizens. Besides that, they will make sure that everyone is safe on highways and following traffic rules.

SWAT
SWAT will be the first responder for every event. Their main focus will be to respond to all events on time, make sure to bring maximum availability of SAHP troopers throughout the event, and bust cannabis to keep the city safe.

Public Relations:
All state organizations need citizen support, and my public relations department will make sure to provide a positive impact of SAHP throughout the city by organizing constant promotional prize events for citizens, running campaigns, and raising awareness among citizens about crime and how to stay safe. I will work closely with the Life Invader media team to bring a good reputation to the organization.

Internal Affairs:
The IA will check the background and make sure that everyone has a clean history. They will also check their logs to make sure that everyone is filling out their logs properly, and to make sure that everyone has an updated gun license and health insurance, they will conduct a trunk inspection to protect the organization from the illegal stuff within there roles. They can also check the bodycam on everyone in the organization to avoid corruption.

Human Resources:
Human resources play a very important role in every organization, HR is very important in an organization No one else will be able to take on or hire anyone in the organization without approval from HR, despite their ranks. HR will be responsible for recruiting the people, doing the experience check, inviting them to the organization, creating logs, and providing training to new employees. They will ensure the goodwill and needs of our employees. They will also handle the promotion system solely based on the performance of an individual and their sincerity toward the organization.
