I have prepared a list of department to improve Roleplay:
Human Resources: This department will hire new officer and train them properly also they will do few sessions with new officers like patrooling in the highway selling inscurance with them teaching them about sahp guiding them for operations increasing their strength.
Internal Affairs: This department will maintan decorum in organization and have the best coordination with the troopers . They will also do many activity like BGC,Trunk check, licences and insurance check they will be allowed to direct report any suspicious activity of the officers and as their high intellegence skills they will get hired in IA
Highway Patrol Team: This is the most focused department in the organization their work is to keep the highway clean and no suspicious and gang activity on the highway should be done the hod and curator will be focus on this department to keep the highway clean and safe for citizens
Armoury department: This department will check the warehouse and create weapon sets for each section of ranks and their work is to check the warehouse in every 12 hour and report the status of the warehouse to the Sherrif or undersherrf directly
SWAT: This department will assist the other LEO orgs to manage special operation like gettho patrol , store robbery and all also this department will be the first to respond on globals and other combat situation this department will also leading gettho patrol and other events
Public Relation: This department will have best bonding with citizen and the locals of sandreas hgihway they will notice thier problem and report to the sherif and sherif will take actions on the problem
And i also created a bonus system for the officers:

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
--> There are three reason to be a leader of Sahp are:-
1.) Firstly and most importantly, my primary focus will be to have SAHP regain it’s primary focus as an organisation, this essentially will be Highway Patrol. Robbing on city highways must have a risk vs reward factor and right now, for gangs and families this really doesn’t exist other than at times where SAHP faces small numbers or unprepared criminals.To tackle this issue I plan to ensure that SAHP is an attractive department to work for, the recent edition of Special task team with stylized uniforms and specialised operations has increased retention of high quality members, I plan to create units that focus around dealing with blockades on highways.
2.) As an Sahp leader i will make many changes as noticing every single trooper noticing there activities good organization nature , Good activites of organization no crime , 100% succes rate of every single operation , and also treating all officer equally also they will not see any kind of favouritism in ranks and all they will get ranks based on their activities and also i will hire good expericence citizen also less expericenced citizen and teach them about Sahp, LEOs. and the system how it work. i am pretty sure they will never fell seprated from others.i will also focus on chain of command and the chain of command should be strictly followed by the troopers. And for this i want to be a sherrif to make these changes in the organization
3.) I will achieve more people in the organization and more ways to improve roleplay and I want more people to be in more divisions to learn and experience something new. I will achieve a good bonus system of rewarding people in specific tasks they do and I would also do more patrols around the highways to ensure there are units all around Los Santos than just sitting at HQ. I will make new people reach their potential and use their skills in this organization to make them better people.
