possible cheater? or LEOS employee? he was weirdly teleporting around. what I been doing is hand cuffing the possible cheaters and so far all I cuffed where cheaters, sadly I was at work ooc so I couldn't use my voice so was using left eye. the moment I contacted an admi the guy closed his game. not first time I seen a cheater do that when admis appear, the one time the one cheater at capital kept yelling "I see you up there admi, show yourself" which I'm guessing implies to them being able to see admis when no one else can.

if want me to upload the longer version let me know, I contacted admi after letting him go off cuffs, was hoping he was newbie enough to show me passport for I can see if he in a LEO (he shouldn't be if under level 5)

it's a hacker. what fail rp? and why you are stalking my forums? and i explained why I didn't talk. like whom knew hackers now had rp privileges now edit: have you ever done anything useful besides being toxic? yeah crazy right. While I stopped and reported over 5 hackers in a week.

btw this the other forum: as you can see. same exact thing and there were about 3 others who were caught when I did "report to administrator" option at capital. it's all the same type of cheap cheats where they can hit in green zone and "fly/teleport" around:

but when cuffed and dragged the "drag" option stops them from "flying/teleporting" away.
