Jayy grew up in a tough neighbourhood in Liberty City. His father was a police officer who was killed in the line of duty, and his mother worked multiple jobs to support the family. The loss of his father instilled in Jayy a strong desire to fight crime and seek justice. Jayy's father name David Carter a dedicated police officer with the Liberty City Police Department (LCPD). David was known for his integrity and bravery, often working long hours in a crime-ridden city. He was Jayys's hero and the primary influence on his desire to pursue a career in law enforcement and her mother name Mary Carter A nurse who worked tirelessly to support the family, especially after David’s death. She was nurturing but often exhausted, balancing multiple jobs to make ends meet.
When Jayy was 10, his father was killed in the line of duty during a robbery. The incident was a pivotal moment in Jayy's life, leaving him with a deep sense of loss and a burning desire to continue his father's legacy. He vowed to fight crime and make his father proud, which became his driving force.
Career Story:
Jayy excelled academically and athletically in high school. He participated in the Junior ROTC program and various law enforcement youth programs, and earned a scholarship to Liberty City University, where he majored in Criminal Justice. After completing schooling jayy decided to take admission in college. While in college, Jayy interned with the Liberty City Police Department, gaining valuable experience and making important connections. His academic excellence and dedication to law enforcement caught the attention of FIB recruiters. After graduating, Jayy was accepted into the FIB Academy. He underwent rigorous training in surveillance, interrogation, combat, and undercover operations. He graduated at the top of his class and was immediately assigned to a field office. Jayy’s first major assignment was infiltrating a drug trafficking ring in Liberty City. His work led to the arrest of several key figures and earned him commendations from his superiors. His success in undercover work set the stage for his next assignment. Due to his success, Jay was transferred to Los Santos to tackle the city’s rampant organised crime and corruption. He was assigned to a high-risk undercover operation aimed at dismantling a powerful crime syndicate. Jayy adopted a new identity as a small-time criminal, slowly working his way up the ranks of the syndicate. He gained the trust of key members, providing the FIB with critical intelligence. Over several years, Jayy gathered evidence against the syndicate, including its ties to corrupt officials and other criminal enterprises. His work involved dangerous encounters, close calls, and moral dilemmas. The operation culminated in a massive raid that resulted in the arrest of the syndicate’s leaders and numerous associates. Jayy’s undercover work was instrumental in the success of the operation, earning him recognition and promotion within the FIB. However, being so close to such high-level criminals made him see the difficulties and troubles of the legal system.
Outcomes:
1- Jayy Jodd can engage in any criminal activities/break state laws while on or off duty.
2- Jayy Jodd can torture/interrogate for information and use truth serum (/try uses truth serum twice per situation ).
3- Jayy Jodd may decrease a 10-15's prison sentence or fines, but may also increase the fine amount (up to 100k).
4- Jayy Jodd is able to attempt to search for a bodycam (/try searches for bodycam) up to twice per situation, and if found, break it (/do breaks bodycam).
