I was standing in LSPD HQ and this guy came and starts disturbing me and when i say what do you need he came out of car with a gun in his hand and that gun was illegal. so i told him to get out of car and he start running, then i give him 3 times pull over demand but he didn't stop so i blocked the engine and then he left the situation.
