I want to be the leader of this organization because i have strong social skills and the techniques to run a organization , also have the leadership ability to manage and organize a org .
I have previous experience in many orgs such as NG , FIB , SAHP and others .
I also have passion for justice and for serving the community and ensure the protection of the civilians .
I mostly see favoritism in many orgs so if i become the leader i will never support favoritism and give promotions and demotions only on the basis of there work .
And also maintain a good relationship with other orgs to keep stability in the org .
If i become the leader of LSPD i will also have a source of honor and pride and keep the utmost professionalism in the org .
I will also maintain a good relationship with the employees in the org and organizing events for the employees so they get to enjoy themselves sometimes .
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
We need to have equality in the org and not show favoritism to some employees .
Increasing joining bonus and normal bonuses for the employees .
Having routine analysis and checking the logs of the players to give them promotion on the basis of there ability and skills .
Proper training for new players who want to join .
