i have been deputy of ng 2 times and i was handling night and day time and now i wanna try to become an Ng leader
as i have many experiances in state Organisation and also i wanna increase the state Orgs and bring more ideas on rp
i have many ideas as i said before also i have many Ideas on depatements
like Sniper team : Evry gates should have 5 snipers who handle the gates and decrease the trespassers
Human Resources: This department will hire new soldiers and train them properly also they will do few sessions with new soldiers like how to guard the gates and how to inform us if there is any Fz raid also know how to put a spikes
MP(Military Police) : And this departement decrease the curroption beetwen the soldiers
AF departments : and this departements handle the whole thing evry each fz raid handle the gang cars and remove them from the base other thing any specops with helli the will handle it as a pilots
Specops Depatments : this team who handle the whole spec ops ghetto patrol / store robberies / hostage situations
also i have many ideas like
everyday go to ghetto clapp and clean the gehtto from Criminals to Decrease the criminal activities in ghetto
And i also created a bonus system for the officers:
Bank protection ( 45k )
Acc ( 40k )
