2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Ans:- NG aka National Guard is second biggest organization in the city as we are the one because of which other orgs runs, Coming to the point.
Point Number 1:- Me(Laura Dsouza) Being the Lt. General of NG has noticed major problem in Ammo runs or aka Candy runs aka Onion runs... So to over come it I am thinking to introduce new way of doing ammo runs. That will be with a proper documentation as well as good Roleplay.
Point number 2:- I was Ex-Chief of EMS, I knew how to take care of a department, Here as a Deputy I can see that only Black ops and HR is active. I will try in my term to Active MP as well as Air Force so to get intel of FZ raid first from them.
Point number 3:- Seen many units do not know what is the work of NG, Will make them know about it.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
Point Number 1:- Will make proper use of RP commands. Such as /me /do and /try
Point Number 2:- Will make the all the departments active such as MP, AF, HR and Black OPS.
Point Number 3:- Will increase RP in HR as they are not much active.
Point Number 4:- Many much more related to RP later on. Every day something new.
