- Passion for Leadership:
As someone deeply passionate about leadership, I find the role of leading the National Guard incredibly appealing. I believe in creating a positive and motivating environment for members, and my dedication to the organization is unwavering.
- Operational Excellence: With a commitment to operational excellence, I aim to bring efficiency and precision to the National Guard's activities. Through well-planned strategies and a focus on continuous improvement, I aspire to elevate the organization's overall performance.
- Member Growth and Development: I want to foster an environment where every member of the National Guard can grow both professionally and personally. By implementing mentorship programs, training initiatives, and recognizing individual contributions, I aim to ensure that each member feels valued and supported in their journey within the organization.

3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
- Dynamic Field Exercises:
Incorporate regular dynamic field exercises that simulate in-game situations. This hands-on approach will not only enhance the skillset of National Guard members but also contribute to a more engaging and dynamic role-play experience.
- Leadership Skill Enhancement: Introduce initiatives for enhancing leadership skills within the National Guard. Providing workshops, mentorship opportunities, and clear pathways for personal and professional growth will contribute to a strong and capable team within the organization.

- Bunker: As we know that National Guard got bunker in Lewis's term, But till now its useless, So My advice for server administrators to add event related to this bunker for example escort the governor from capital to bunker for life safety and gangs will get amount of money to hunt him.
- This Just an example of what would be great if the bunker become useful, or we can use it for interrogate and process criminals.
- And anyway, I will be working on it to make the effort given to add this bunker worth it by setting the state meeting in it and use it for couple more things such as training.

A. Collaboration with Other Organizations:

B. Ranking and Duty System:
- General & Lt. General:
Overall command and strategic planning. Responsible for high-level decision-making and coordination with other organizations.
- Brigadier General: Oversight of departmental commanders and coordination of major operations. Involved in long-term planning.
- Colonel: Head of specific departments (Recruitment, Training, Operations). Responsible for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of their respective areas.
- Major: Officers responsible for specific units within the departments. Oversee day-to-day activities and report to Colonels.
- Captain: Team leaders in various units. Execute orders from Majors and ensure smooth operations.
- Lieutenants: Assist Captains in their duties. Focus on training and development of team members.
- Sergeants: Experienced members responsible for mentoring lower ranks. Assist Lieutenants in training.
- Privates: Entry-level members undergoing training and familiarization with National Guard operations.

C. Promotions:
- Promotions will be calculated based on the successful completion of rank-specific duties and responsibilities. Each rank will have defined criteria, ensuring that promotions are earned through demonstrated capability, commitment, and contribution to the organization.

D. Reward System:
- Regular commendations for outstanding performance during operations.
- Promotions based on merit and commitment.
- Monthly awards for exceptional leadership, teamwork, and innovation.

E. Daily Duty Schedule:
- Scheduled Daily Duties:
Implement a comprehensive daily duty schedule for smooth operations and continuous readiness.

F. 0 Corruption:
- In my term no rule or law break will be allowed
- In last term of national guard, we saw a mess will operation coordinating in ammo runs and other duties, and it's my duty to put an end to this mess
- At the end its a role play we respect that, and we will accept the win or lose in all the events and situations and will make my units focus on learning from mistakes and train more instead of breaking rules or taking everything personally and cause to a mess as happened before.

G. Military ID:
- As I saw there is many people in state orgs doesn't have the enough experience to fulfill their duty, So I will make worth for military id that it will only be given after a successful training and serving time in National Guard.
- And anyone we found that doesn't have the National Guard Experience we will revoke his Military ID.
- At the end other state departments will be able to identify if the person has the basic experience to join them.

H. Old National Guard:
- I will bring old National Guard of EN1 there were National Guard started.
- Trainings, ammo runs, and other duties will be done according to the old documents that has been remade to fulfill the newest duties and rules.
- The most important thing is the ammo runs to stop the bleed of ammunition loss the state lost till today.

I. Events and activities:
- As National Guard no unit is allowed to sleep, we will organize different events and activities in national guard during duty hours and they will contain prizes.
- These kind of events and activities can be with other state orgs such as training, racing, punch fight and etc.

J. Rank Sorting:
- I will sort every unit's rank regardless the duty and time they served; it will be sorted according to the duty will be done and the experience.
- Each rank has different duty, so promotion is not just a rank, it a different duty waiting for him/her!
