2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
A. From the first day i joined this city i had an act for leo work, i was accepted into Gov when i was able to and quickly riced through the ranks ending up as director of USSS, Moving further i have made my way through the ranks moving myself up gaining both experience and knowledge on how to run an effective org.
i intend to bring a more professional environment both towards internal and external interactions/work.
B. for around 6400 hours i have been working as a leo, i have build my reputation from the ground up, across 4 orgs, i have always been a fighter for both justice and truth, with a strong mind against corruption, as such i intend to run my org (if elected) corruption free, no bios will be granted any corruption will be dealt with harshly.
mandatory training both in the form of live fire situations and convoy training will be issued at a regular schedule, giving the units ample training in all aspects of NG.
C. if i were to be elected as the new Leader of NG i will bring in a new era for NG with both adjustments and changes to both make NG what it should be and to make it more appealing to both new citizens and old, with a more dedicated plan for both training, protecting the base, ammo runs and so on and forth, no longer will NG remain the underdog, its time for NG to step into the light and shine like it should.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. my way of improving RP will be a steady focus on both training and interacting with both leos and citizense and gang, in order to create a more steady RP situations.
2. Training. a good NG comes from good training and good leadership, i intend to make changes to both MP, IA and HR to insure both the safety and security and proper training for everyone in employment at NG. including mandatory training for new enlisted and old every 2 to 3 days (training will include both form of convoy, shooting, and event training.)
3. Org Relations : i intend to issue a new era of relations between NG and the orgs in need of NG support at any time, our teams will be on standby to assist both in events and ensuring all orgs have ample supply of ammo and guns, ensuring support both in events and ammo are carried out at first notice.
