Can you explain what the rule states ?
1.3 It is forbidden to leave RP situation by joining in a green zone/ Warn

Am not saying the player was stealing the car in GZ, am saying he left the rp situation by joining the Arena which is a Green Zone.​

As i mentioned previously when admin came he just saw Car ramming, he was not sure of the person of who was in rp situation and who was hiding because admin did not see the situation from starting. If you got your pov of the person hiding in gz in rp situation you can report him in complaint about player section​
