2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1) I want to become an LSPD leader because LSPD was my first organization that I found very interesting, and it is the first organization that I have gotten High Command Rank. I am the EX COS of HR of LSPD, and I know quite well about this organization. I know how to handle almost every situation in this organization.
2.2) I have been HC in LSPD SAHP and FIB in LSPD and SAHP. I was COS of HR in LSPD and SAHP. I have a lot of experience in legal organization; it will help me to manage LSPD, and I will try to keep LSPD on top. I will give each one of them the rank they deserve. I will hire very active HC, so LSPD will always be active. I I saw many leaders and HC do favoritism in my leadership. I will just remove this favoritism. I will give every one of them the rank they deserve. I already said that I know the value of the work and time they provide, so the one who will do favoritism, I will just blacklist them.
2.3) I will maintain a good relationship with LSPD officers and all the other organizations. I will make sure that my employees respect every citizen, leader, etc. My aim is to get LSPD on top. I will hire the most friendly deputies, and if my deputies are rude with my employees, I will remove them. I just want everyone to get respect valued and treated equally. With the help of everyone I can complete my term successfully. I can't do it myself so I need everyone of them to achieve that.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
β’Hiring: I will hire a good active Chief of HR so he can hire more and more people so no one can blame us that LSPD is inactive or something. I will try to do 3 stave waves per day.
β’Bonus Meeting and Promotion Ceremony: I will conduct a meeting with each department chief and head. On every alternative day, we will discuss about their department and how to improve it. I will conduct a meeting with all the employees every Saturday or Sunday. We will go for a promotion ceremony every week. I will provide bonuses. Every week, the HR department will count their bonus and will give me a sheet. Then I will give them bonuses.
β’if anyone if going for pattroling i will make sure that they carry 1 more units i will daily drop a reminder about the rules in the mails
