1.11 During events with a red circles, all players must be inside a red circle. Shooting outside the zone is forbidden.

Visible colours as we see them are determining by their wavelength. Red exists at a wavelength of ~ 700–635 nm whilst yellow light is ~ 590–560 nm (nm being nanometers, which are one thousandth of a millimeter). Depending on which wavelengths of visible light radiation an object reflects, they appear to use as different colours. So red objects reflect red into our eyes, yellow objects reflect yellow!
