2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 Becoming a leader was my dream from the beginning of my journey. When everything goes smoothly, you must give all the credit, and when everything goes wrong, you must take all the responsibility. That is exactly why I am defining myself as a perfect fit for the position. I define myself as a very professional and stable person while doing any work that is in my responsibility. Teamwork is one of the main reasons I would like to be the leader of National Guard.
2.2 In general, I want to become the General of the National Guard, because I want to show that we are one of the strongest and most active organizations in Los Santos. I feel proud when I serve and protect my country. Provide maximum assistance to other State organizations. I would like to share my experiences that I have received so far, I will have the opportunity to do so as a leader!
2.3 In terms of activity, I will make sure that there is good activity in the organization. Especially during gate guarding hours from 12:00pm to 10:00pm. Favoritism will not be tolerated in the organization during my term. New things will be introduced, such as patrolling the city and highways, as a minimum 1 time per day and 3-5 times per week. I want every soldier to enjoy their time here, that's one of the goals I want to achieve. Everyone will have the opportunity to express themselves and show themselves! And finally, I know when many people in Los Santos think of our work as frivolous, like boring or low paying, I will try to change their minds, because, as I said before, I serve the residents of Los Santos, not to myself!
3. My advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 Always be friendly to all organizations. Being toxic or nasty is not the way to handle the situation.
3.2 Making sure the work environment is fit for everyone so everyone is commutable with each other.
3.3 Always be professional, use radio codes, follow protocols and never come up with something of your own so as not to confuse everyone.
3.4 Improving the communication within the organization and other organizations for better outcomes in events.
3.5 Ensuring to have enough soldiers from all timezones zones, especially night time, to avoid inactivity.
Those Departments That I Will Be Using.
Human Resources Command (HRC)
The department, or large team, will actively train and recruit new applicants to join the National Guard, conduct tests and more. Their main task is to make sure that every soldier knows the rules and their job and why they serve the people of Los Santos.
Special Operation Force (SOF)
A department that will train a soldier to know and teach how to behave in several situations. More strategies will be taught, guided shooting training, etc. May the skills and knowledge of each soldier grow with each training. I don't want any of the soldiers to panic during a serious situation because they don't know what to do. Training will be conducted between state organizations so that each of us can share our knowledge so that in the future there will be one big strong team.
Military Police (MP)
A department which will check when each soldier follows all protocols and does not violate any state law. This is a important department, in general, all departments are important because they each perform their main function. The military police have severely punished anyone who does not pay attention to what is happening, I myself will pay strict attention to it.
Air Force (AF)
This chapter will be the chapter that will keep us informed all the time. We will conduct reconnaissance in the vicinity of the National Guard base, so that we all have confidence that there are no gangs activity around. As well as transport a soldier's from point A to point B.
