You didn't project blacklist him, you just banned his forum account for spam?
As far as I know, this player plays on the German 1 server on the twink account ID 119972 and the project is not blacklisted on that server and on other servers for violating general rule 1.6 on the main?
Is the project blacklist now available for that on the German server as well as on all Grand's servers or only on the RS server?
