I was playing with my friend by punching i didn't use any cheats at all time and it happened all of a sudden without even knowing the reason

we were joking, we were punching each other and suddenly gave anticheat warning, he didn't use any kind of trick or anything.

and when I examined the forums, many people were banned with this warning even though they did not use cheats.
