I am new in this game I do not know all the rules . As I know GR 1.3 Any fraud against players is prohibited | PERMANENT BAN and we do not compensate lost money.
So i ask the admin that if i give wrong fine to some one so i can make the form of targeting and admin say its IC issue you can see in proof no 1
Proof No 1 : The admin announce in club chat that to price the cheap items for extremely high price at shop such as ammo/weapon/clothes/etc.
They will be considered as GR 1.3 .And also you can see in proof no 2
Proof No 2: Plz consider my ban and give me the chance to come back
