Life story:
Humbal Heistt was born on October 16, 2000, in Los Santos, into poverty. His childhood was surrounded by street gangs, and to survive, he joined them and got involved in criminal activities. Despite the harsh realities of this lifestyle, he soon realized it was not sustainable.
Determined to change his life, Humbal found a job and gradually distanced himself from the world of crime. Through hard work and perseverance, he joined the San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP) and became a police officer. Driven by a desire to make a positive impact, Humbal focused on making the city a safer place. Today, Humbal works with the SAHP, dedicating himself to making the city a better and crime-free place.
Career story:
Humbal left the streets behind and relocated to the quieter town of Paleto Bay. There, he rented a modest house and resolved to join the Los Santos Highway Patrol, driven by a commitment to law and justice. One day, he declared to himself, “I’m going to make it there. This is where I belong.” The very next day, he attended an interview, successfully passed, and began his training.
Humbal devoted himself to the mission of making the city safer. His relentless hard work paid off as he received promotions, made arrests, issued citations, and regularly appeared in court. However, Humbal needed to find a way to earn more money as he was struggling to pay his rent. Through perseverance and dedication, Humbal achieved his dream and became a valued member of the SAHP.
Outcomes:
1- Humbal can sell/buy illegal weapons and drugs (no org stuff)
2- Humbal can can go ghetto to rob/kill with his friends and family
3- Humbal can destroy bodycams /try to find the bodycam (twice per situation) and /do to destroy it.
4- Humbal can take bribe or take weapons on the same amount (up to 100k) ( he cant take bribe to be hostage)
5- Humbal can remove criminals from the wanted list and Clear their criminal record.
6- Humbal can lie about request lawyer and refuse to show his ID
7- Humbal can use illegal items like drugs/weapon while on duty
8- Humbal can pick the 10-15s guns/ammo and keep them
9- Humbal can leak info about operations to gangs and take money for it (100k max)
