Despite his success in the National Guard, Firas' addiction to drugs and money continues to consume him. Even with all the money he had, he still felt like there was never enough. Firas continued to gamble and use drugs, and hid it from those around him. After that, Firas began selling weapons and ammunition to the black market to buy more drugs and use that money to gamble.
