2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
Ans:
1. My desire to be the organization's leader is motivated by my intense passion for emergency medical services. I've been active in Grand RP for three years; I research stuff here and engage in various RP scenario. I think ems is a great spot for Rp. I want to enjoy this again as an EMS Leader because of this.
2. I have a lot of experiences in ems, I do continuously 5 terms, my leaders are 1. Kavya Reddiee {Vinay reddy (2)} 2. Manc Matty(2) 3. Dhruv Nakrani (1). where is my last rank was Deputy Chief. So that's the reason i have the power to shape and maintain the standards of care, guaranteeing that each response is managed with skill and commitment.
3. Every member of an effective EMS team should feel appreciated and supported in a good, welcoming environment. As a leader, I'm dedicated to fostering an atmosphere that gives team members the confidence to give their all. My priorities will be to acknowledge accomplishments, offer helpful criticism, and promote professional growth. This strategy will build our team cohesively as well as improve individual performance.
3.Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Ans:
1. 24/7 Active Team: During the night shift, I frequently saw that SH was empty. Up to now, as a player, I haven't seen an active team in ems. Additionally, occasionally no one answers calls. My top priority is therefore providing active support. I'll put together an active things staff that offers round-the-clock assistance.
2. Support on Global: In many Global scenario they need many help and support from EMS . We will be there any time. and also we do all the global. that time our experiences employee will be there to do that.
3. Provide in-depth Training: We make a HR and Training team who are giving proper training to newcomer in ems. then they can do proper RP when they are doing there ems job.
