2 To effectively achieve our objectives, I propose a comprehensive restructuring of the FIB, introducing specialized departments with clearly defined roles for each member. This strategic realignment aims to optimize task execution in alignment with organizational goals. Furthermore, I advocate for extensive training programs tailored to both new recruits and seasoned members, equipping all individuals with the necessary skills to excel in their respective roles. By proactively addressing potential pitfalls, such as improper engagement in hostile situations or negotiation mishaps, we aim to uphold the integrity of our interactions and enhance the immersive experience for all participants.

-In my capacity as FIB leader, I am committed to fostering community growth by providing employment opportunities for both novice and experienced players. To maintain our rigorous standards, I will implement transparent criteria for the selection process. Upon recruitment, FIB agents will undergo extensive training to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to fulfill their duties effectively.
