At younger age, Sharfin faced struggles and difficulties related to his career. He made a group of friends and decided to make their own family. Here comes Federals.
But the story isn't over yet. Leading a family is more difficult than creating one. As sharfin was very new to the city then, he was not experienced enough. Huge toxicity among his family members ruined the family. Sharfin failed to maintain his family and this situation the family got disbanded. After disbanding sharfin focused on his career and researched his mistakes made in the past, he made new friends gathered power started The Family named Federal INC. Now this group of friends wants to do different than the previous one.
Family Goals:
- To be threat to Leos
- Being on the top
- To win all the events
- Being the richest family ever
Family Rules:
- Toxicity is restricted
- Respect Server rules and dont break them
- No FL in fam radio
- Being kind to newbies
Family ranking and explanation per rank:
Leader: Highest position in the family who found it. Has the responsibility to observe and maintain all the members.
Deputy: The rank after the leader. Only loyal and trusted people are assigned to this rank. Managing internal issues all the events with the leader. Helping the leader to make decisions for the family.
UnderDeputy: Most responsible people who have proved themselves and improved their knowledge about the family. Earned trust. They are assigned to economic employment for the family. Helps our members get jobs and remove their financial difficulties.
Events Manager: Managing all the events and observing the activities of our members. They already earned the trust through their impressive sacrifice to family. This is the first stage of a High command.
Hitman: Long-time members or our friends who recently joined us. They help out our new members to be capable with our environment
Warlord: Most Active members in events get promoted to this rank. Will be interviewed before promotion so they don't get access to mess up with the server rules. For example, if they rob people in the city.
Soldier: Who actively follows commands and attends events gained the rank still has some trust issues
Enforcer: Those who make promises to be loyal to the family are assigned this role. They still need to be observed and trained.
New Federal: It's a trial rank. People who join newly get that if they are old enough in the city they get promoted to the next. Except for them, we created this rank only for newbies. After they get enough knowledge they get promoted.
Suspended: It's a temporary rank for internal rule breakers.
