Life story:
Issei was born in a rough neighborhood in Tokyo, where crime was a daily reality. From a young age, he was drawn into the criminal world, heavily influenced by his father, who was a notorious figure in the local underworld. As a teenager, Issei began engaging in illegal activities, including robbing people and stealing cars.
Issei's father was involved in various criminal enterprises, making him a target for many enemies from overseases. Over time, the situation became more dangerous. His father went to USA for huge drug and human trafficking deal. Meanwhile Issei trying to orginize his local gang.
Tragically, Issei's world was shattered when he learned that his father had been murdered by FIB agents in operation. Now, with no one left to rely on, Issei was forced to fend for himself. His father's enemies also managed to have his friend killed not long after, further isolating Issei as his remaining allies abandoned him.
Eventually, Issei moved to a new area and found a new group of friends who became like family to him. Seeking a fresh start and to honor himself, Issei decided to join the FIB for find his father's murders and hunt them legally. Though he tried to leave his criminal past behind, the lure of quick money proved too strong. He became corrupt, turning a blind eye to certain illegal activities and even reselling confiscated weapons and equipment for extra cash.
Career Story :
After coming to USA, Issei joined to GOV as law student for learning USA's legislation.
Issei quickly graduate from law student and become State Attorney. While he doing cases, he learned officer's mistakes and weakness.
After hard working times, he become supreme court justice of San Andreas. With quick promotions,he start to get corrupt for holding to much power in city.
He decide to start his revenge, He resign from SCJ position and join FIB for investigation. For his revenge's sake he become corrupt more and more. He joined CID department for make his investigation silently and effectively. When He become Head of Department, he got access to classified information about his father's operation and his killers. He will get his revenge in best possible outcome for himself.
Outcomes:
1) Issei can arrest anyone who makes trouble with him and give the person in question fake charges (with sufficient rp)
2) Issei can remove criminal record from criminals (100k)
3) Issei can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping and take contracts to escape prison only with Darknet task
4) Issei can lie about requesting a lawyer and can deny the right to an attorney and also can deny showing his ID to protect his privacy
5) Issei can kill or torture Lawyers or Witness for safety of Org and Himself.
6) Issei can destroy bodycams [using /try command twice per situation]
