High Raterrr commenced his law enforcement career with the San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP), motivated by a deep commitment to learning the nuances of policing and proving his abilities wherever possible. But when he was transferred to the Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB), he became aware of the systemic corruption that was rife and that his coworkers frequently gave in to the pressure of bribes and self-interest.
Even with the widespread attraction of corruption, High Raterrr never wavered in his dedication to honesty. With unwavering determination, he steered through the perilous waters of the FIB, depending on his strong moral compass to lead him through the moral minefield.
Career Saga
But as time went on, High Raterrr's morale started to suffer due to his disappointment with the FIB's widespread corruption. The continual exposure to immoral activity weakened his faith in the system he had once believed in, even though he made every attempt to stay principled.
Decided to return to the SAHP after all, equipped with a fresh perspective on the intricacies of law enforcement. With a fresh dedication to defending his values, he saw the necessity to maneuver the system tactically, drawing on his experiences at the FIB. After being awarded the Chief Commander position by SAHP, he was able to gain insight into and enhance his communication abilities by interacting with other citizens while on duty.
1.High raterrr can plant or pass the illegal items to someone to arrest him.
2.High raterrr can lie about a lawyer if a suspect requests it
3.High raterrr can break body cam's and smash them up. (Won't break Gen rule 6.1)
4.High raterrr always carries his organization weapons so he can response to call and event like store robberies and all ( not gonna put anywhere like personal WH or cars trunks)
5.High raterrr can process without reading miranda right .
6.High raterrr can confiscate weapons from people for personal reasons . ( with an RP situation )
7.High raterrr can go into the ghetto when he is off-duty . ( Not gang HQ's )
8.High raterrr buy/sell illegal items in black market. (but not SAHP items)
9.High raterrr carries with him always the truth serum. which he can inject it to suspects to get some information . ( only /try allowed : 2 times max per situation ) .
